APPOINTMENT TIME
Extended, well planned appointments usually mean fewer trips to the office resulting in less time lost from work or school. We are able to accomplish more treatment in less time.
It is very important that the patient understand that this time is set aside especially for him/her and that appointments should be made only at times when they can definitely be kept.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dental Insurance
Or "Dental Assistance", as it should be called, is designed to help pay part of the cost of dental treatment. Your employer has made this coverage available to you and we will do our best to help you maximize its benefits. Dental insurance is NOT designed to pay all of the cost of treatment, but rather to be a PARTIAL AID. Your insurance contract is between you and your insurance company. The type of benefits in your contract depend on what your employer has negotiated with his/her company and the amount of money you wish to pay in premiums.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
